MCFACC offers a Spay/Neuter Voucher, based on financial need. This voucher is for Spay/Neuter surgeries at

Mountain View Humane (MVH), valid only for

Montgomery County residents, in the state of Virginia.

A voucher covers the cost of the procedure for dogs up to 59 lbs. A small fee may be charged by Mountain View Humane for dogs 60 lbs and over.

Each household can apply for a maximum of 2 vouchers (limit 2 pets). Each pet requires its own application,

and requires a rabies vaccination.

A voucher only covers the Spay/Neuter procedure.

Proof of current Rabies Vaccination must be provided

at the time of procedure. Failure to provide proof will

result in the vaccination being administered by MVH

at additional cost to the pet owner.​
